KARACHI: A two-judge bench of Sindh High Court (SHC) Thursday sent the matter of judgment/order pertaining to Model Ayan Ali to the Chief Justice of Sindh High Court.
A division bench headed by Justice Ahmed Ali M. Shaikh heard a petition filed by Model Ayan Ali for removing her name from the Exit Control List (ECL).
The counsel of the model informed the court that the name of Ayan Ali had been included in the ECL once again which was removed earlier.
Adding that the court had already directed respondents in the petition for informing the court before including her name again in the ECL.
He said that FIA had informed that her name had been listed again in the same list that should be removed.
Later, the court sent the matter to the chief justice for the judgement/order. - APP
