LAHORE: UK’s Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Boris Johnson, who arrived in Pakistan this week on his first visit, spoke on Twitter about his experience, calling Pakistan a ‘stupendous’ country.
“Hi folks, I’m here on my first trip to Pakistan and what a stupendous country this is and what sensational opportunities there are for Britain to build new trade links with a country from where 2% of the UK population already derive their origin” he said in a Twitter video.
On Friday, the second day of his visit to Pakistan, Boris Johnson visited Mughal era Shahi Qila (Lahore Fort) and Badshahi Masjid in Lahore where he also held a meeting with Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif.
