ISLAMABAD: Two months after undergoing an open heart surgery in a London hospital, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif returned to Islamabad on Thursday to resume work, his daughter said.    The Prime Minister had flown to London on May 22.

In a message on Twitter, Maryam Nawaz Sharif said that Prime Minister remained busy in work during the flight to Islamabad. Allah has been kind, she said. In a second tweet, Maryam said that Prime Minister Sharif’s leg wound hasn't completely healed yet and that it may take a few more days. Your duas did miracles, added Maryam. Later, Maryam said that the prime minister went straight to his office after landing in Islamabad.
