Ayyan Ali to get her passport back

RAWALPINDI: A customs court Wednesday accepted supermodel Ayyan Ali’s plea, directing the Customs Department to return her passport, Samaa reported. The court ordered Ayyan to submit two surety bonds of Rs10 lakh each in return of her passport. It directed the supermodel to submit a personal guarantee to the court that she would return to the country. As per the court’s order, Ayyan Ali’s property would be frozen if she failed to return from abroad. Earlier, Customs Department had asked the court not to return Ayyan’s passport, as it said, she might escape the country. –Samaa
