ISLAMABAD: Senior leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Jahangir Tareen, claims that the ruling clique is misrepresenting facts about a report of Judicial Commission that investigated allegations of rigging in 2013 general elections, Samaa reported.
PTI has not officially responded to the report; however, Tareen says that ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) is misrepresenting the report in its favour, demanding that the report be made public.
Sources said that the commission has sent its final report to the Ministry of Law, rejecting Imran Khan’s allegations of ‘organized’ and ‘systematic’ rigging in the votes.
Sources say the law ministry will present the report, consists of 300 pages, to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Thursday. - Samaa
