Sharjeel says lust for power has blinded Imran

KARACHI: Pakistan People’s Party leader Sharjeel Inam Memon says the lust for power has blinded Imran Khan, Samaa reported.

Memon said Khan’s situation was like a cat that was going to a pilgrimage after devouring a hundred mice –literal translation of an Urdu idiom, which roughly refers to a person who is trying to seek salvation after committing all sorts of sins for a lifetime.

He said Khan was spewing venom against PPP only for not siding with him in his government overthrow attempts.

"All the allegations Khan was heaping on us in his speeches were nothing but figments of imagination", Memon said.
