LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif termed major cities shutdown by protesting Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) as a “declaration of war against the country”.

In a press statement issued here Monday, Shahbaz said that the people of Pakistan has rejected all the plans of PTI Chairman Imran Khan.

He accused PTI of holding protest demonstrations against the government’s “best performance” in the country.

“Imran Khan has broken all the records of breaking lies in the past 100 days,” the chief minister said. -Samaa
