PAT stages nationwide rallies against school massacre

LAHORE: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) today staged nationwide rallies against the massacre of schoolchildren in Peshawar on Sunday this week

In Multan, dozens of PAT workers, including women, took out a rally from Ghanta Ghar Chowk to Nawan Shehr.

Participants of the rally condemned Taliban and prayed for the victims of the attack.

A rally was also taken out in Jhang, where participants carrying placards and banners marched from Majid Amjal Park to Fawara Chowk. Women and children were among the participants.

Similar rallies were staged in many cities of Punjab. – SAMAA
