Imran holds press conference on Judicial Commission today
LONDON: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan said the Karachi police stands politicized up to the hilt; hence it is not impartial, SAMAA reported on Tuesday.
Talking to media at Heathrow Airport before flying to the homeland, he claimed the army is not a solution to the issue of Karachi; instead, the solution lies in policing and intelligence.
Responding a query regarding his future strategy, Imran Khan ruled out the sit-in, saying, “No sit-in now. Yes, we may mount a protest.”
Khan also announced to convene a press conference today in connection with judicial commission he demanded for the probe in mass rigging in May 2013 elections.
Responding a query regarding his re-marriage, rather fazed Kaptaan remarked he will tell the entire nation as soon as such an opportune time comes.
“It is not a crime if a man enters wedlock. And, there is no need to keep it under wraps,” he responded abruptly.
“We all are standing together following Peshawar tragedy,” he said. –SAMAA
