KARACHI: Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC) requested the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) for increasing power tariff, SAMAA learnt Thursday.

KESC, in its monthly report, has requested NEPRA to give permission for enhancing power tariff.

Increase of Rs1.32 per unit is necessary, says the report.

According to sources in KESC, NEPRA has been asked that fuel adjustment charges should be enhanced. SAMAA
