Rains demolish 15 houses in Faisalabad

FAISALABAD: Heavy showers continue to batter Faisalabad, demolishing more than 15 houses in Shalimar Town.
There is no immediate report of casualties.
Cracks have appeared in dozens of other houses because of incessant rains for the past several days.
According to reports, several areas have been inundated, but the administration has made no efforts to drain out the water from residential areas.
People of the affected areas have criticized the sluggish response of the government in this regard. SAMAA
