MPA hostel could be next target

LAHORE: Police have pointed out that the hostel for members of the provincial assembly (MPAs) tops the terrorist hit list.
CCPO Lahore Muhammad Pervez Rathore, in a letter to the Speaker of the Punjab Assembly, Rana Muhammad Iqbal, said that strict security should be undertaken.
Suggestions included the installation of CCTVs, raising the height of the railings and the deployment of guards on the roof. Other precautionary measures suggested were scanners, a physical search of people and thorough checking of vehicles coming from Shahrah-e Quaid-e-Azam. SAMAA
