Before you pack all your winter clothes, read this: The Pakistan Meteorological Department has forecast light rain in Karachi Monday and Tuesday.
The new spell will, however, be short lived with scattered showers. According to chief meteorologist Sardar Sarfaraz, Karachi will see drizzle on Monday and light rain Tuesday.
The development, he pointed out, was taking place under a fresh but weak westerly system. The temperature is expected to drop after the rain.
On Monday, the lowest temperature recorded in the city was 16.5 degrees Celsius with 85% humidity. Meanwhile, visibility dropped to three meters early morning after dense fog blanketed Sindh.
