Hareem Shah has shared a video of her meeting with the Muttahida Qaumi Movement founder Altaf Hussain in London.

Hareem Shah has been in the news for weeks for her controversial money laundering claims, which were being probed by the Federal Investigation Agency. Earlier this month, Hareem posted a video of her showing off bundles of foreign currency notes. She claimed to have smuggled them from Pakistan to the United Kingdom without being questioned.

After the video went viral, the FIA announced an investigation into Hareem’s claims. Hareem, however, posted another video hours later and retracted her earlier statement. She now claimed to have acquired the money through the sale of her sister’s car in London, and said the video had been recorded as a prank.

The same week, the FIA wrote to banks in Karachi and Lahore to freeze Hareem’s accounts. Subsequently, she filed a petition in the Sindh High Court against the probe, and the court halted the investigation.

Hareem has been sharing posts on social media from London these days. In a latest video posted on her Instagram, Hareem is meeting MQM founder Altaf Hussain outside a court in London.

In the video, Altaf Hussain is wishing Hareem “happiness and a prosperous future”.
