A building under construction in Bannu's Gulshan Colony collapsed Monday morning.

According to officials, five houses adjacent to the building were destroyed, while multiple shops in the area suffered damages as well.

So far, there has been no update on any loss of life or injuries.

A rescue team has reached the site and a search operation is underway.
