Sarfaraz Ahmed's side, chasing a 171-run target, completed the run chase in 19.1 overs, thanks to an unbeaten half-century by left-handed batsman Danish Aziz.
The 24-year-old made 59 off 32 balls with the help of five boundaries and three maximums.
He put on a 57-run partnership with Rizwan Hussain (36 off 15). Azam Khan chipped in with his 32-run knock which included five fours and a six.
Central Punjab, being sent to bat first, scored 170-6 as captain Babar Azam scored his second successive half-century in the tournament.
Pakistan's T20I captain top-scored with 86 with the help of nine boundaries and three sixes in his innings which lasted 53 deliveries.
Pacer Sohail Khan was the pick of the bowlers for Sarfaraz Ahmed's side as he returned with figures of 3-24 in his four overs.
