TOKYO: Japanese news agency has said that the Japanese parliament has decided to give aid packages of US$2 billion and US$5 billion to Pakistan and Afghanistan, respectively. According to the agency, the authorities at the foreign ministry have decided to give this aid through United Nations and other international donor organizations during the next five years. AGENCIES
