Karachi: Enraged man slams police for stopping him over racing allegations

KARACHI: This video of a man has gone viral on social media in which he is chiding police officers for stopping him over on allegations that he was racing, on Thursday.  According to details, the incident took place in Karachi's sea view area where the driver of an Audi was told to stop by police officers. Soon afterwards, the man can be seen exchanging hot words with the police officer as his son stands by his side. "How dare you accuse me of racing? Don't you have any shame whatsoever?" he can be heard yelling in the video. The police officer tells the man to calm down and lower his voice. The police official tells the driver that he is setting a bad example for his son and acts such as these caused the system to become impaired. "It is because of people like you that the system is corrupt," he said. "Shame on you for taking bribes. You provide protocol to people like Zulfiqar Mirza and help Sharjeel Memon escape. You come from villages and expect to educate us?" he thunders before driving off, uttering obscenities.
