Ingredients: - 300 grams puff pastry dough - 1 ½ cup beef mince - 1 onion - 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon red chili powder - ½ teaspoon turmeric powder - ½ teaspoon garam masala powder - 1 to 2 tablespoon oil - Salt (as per taste) - 1 egg yolk for egg wash Method: - First pour oil in a pan and fry onion in it. - Add ginger garlic paste, beef mince, red chili powder, garam masala and salt and cook it well. - When all water dry takes it out and cool it. - Now roll the dough of pastry and put batter of beef on top and roll it and cover it. - Apply egg wash, over the puffs by combining egg yolk with 1 tablespoon water. - Put it in pre heated oven on 180 degrees centigrade for 30 to 35 minutes. - Remove when puffs are golden.
