Chapli Kabab Ingredients: - 1 kilogram beef mince - 3 eggs - Salt (as per taste) - 2 teaspoon crushed red pepper - 1 tablespoon crushed coriander seeds - 4 tablespoons corn flour - 1 tablespoon crushed pomegranate seeds - 2 finely chopped onions - 3 diced Tomato - 1 bunch mint - 8 chopped green chilies - 15 to 20 black peppercorns - 1 teaspoon crushed cumin seeds - 2 tablespoon chopped green coriander Method: - Make an omelette and keep it aside. - Blend the white cumin, green coriander and black peppercorns before keeping it aside. - Chop mince, salt, crushed red chili, crushed coriander, corn flour, mint leaves, green chilies, ground spices, pomegranate seeds in a chopper machine. - Put the mince mixture in a bowl before mixing it in the omelete, onion and tomato. - Make chapli kabab and fry till cooked.
