LONDON: A Pakistani woman broke into tears while narrating the details of yesterday's horrific attack at a musical concert at Manchester Arena in UK.
At least 22 people, including children, were killed and over 50 were wounded when a bomb went off at the musical concert.
The Islamic State terror group said in a statement published on its social media channels that "one of the caliphate's soldiers placed bombs among the crowds," and it threatened more attacks. The group's self-styled news agency Amaq separately claimed "a security squad" carried out the attack.
"The arena was full of children as it was a children's show," Alizah, an eyewitness, told SAMAA.
"The blast took place during the last song at the entrance gate. I could not believe that someone can target innocent children in such a manner," she said. - SAMAA
