MUMBAI: A Polish-Spanish model who appeared in a mobile phone advertisement with Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan, claimed that he had mentored her and was a good friend. Hrithik however, denied the claim with a single tweet.
Bollywood superstars can be entangled in controversies one after the other. Most recently, Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan denied a Polish-Spanish model's claim that he was her mentor and friend, stating in a tweet : "My dear lady, who are you and why are u lying?"
A year ago, Hrithik had shot a couple of ads with model Angela Krislinski. Angela claimed in an interview that Hrithik was a friend and had acted as her mentor. She even said the
Kaabil actor had given her some steady tips on how to make it in the Indian film industry.

"I consider Hrithik a mentor and keep him informed. I showed him a song from my last south release, Size Zero and he liked it immensely. Later, I even sent him the first look and trailer of my upcoming film Rogue and he was impressed," she said.
Angela claimed that like most of the girls who worked with the actor, she also had a crush with him when she first worked with the star. Once he got to know of her Spanish lineage, he was quite friendly with her since the actor took a liking to Spain and Valencia.
According to Angela, she had also discussed her ambition of becoming an actress in Bollywood and had thought that owing to her foreign look, she would not get offers. Hrithik reassured her on that front as well, she claimed.
"I told him it would be difficult for me to access filmmakers and get the right roles in Bollywood because of my international looks. He assured me that it was all about confidence and asked me to work on my acting skills and Hindi diction. That conversation with him changed my life," she said.
Is Angela speaking the truth and did she really get close to the junior Roshan? If that is the case, then what reason would Hrithik have to proclaim her a liar and reject her claims?
