ATTOCK: In a case of honour killing, a man strangulated his daughter to death in Attock city in Punjab province.
According to police, the prime suspect in the case, Arsalan, shot a video of a girl and uploaded it on social media.
Infuriated after watching the video, the father of the girl strangulated his daughter to death. The suspects later buried the dead body in a local graveyard.
Police investigators also mentioned that the suspects also tried to make the murder portray as a suicide.
Police recovered the dead body and sent it to hospital for post-mortem. The medical examination confirmed that the girl was murdered.
Later, all the suspects in the case were arrested. The names of the suspects and murderers have not been disclosed. - SAMAA
