Heavy vehicles banned on main roads of Karachi

KARACHI: Entry of heavy vehicles has been banned on the main roads of Karachi owing to the worst traffic jams witnessed nearly on daily basis, according to the city traffic police. According to the plan, the traffic police banned the entry of heavy vehicles from 6 AM to 11 PM. Tankers, trailers and dumpers are included in the large vehicles. The roads of Jam Sadiq Bridge, Sunset Boulevard, Punjab Colony, Clifton and Boat Basin are included in the main thoroughfares of Karachi. – Samaa
